EXHIBITION & SUPPORT

The exhibition of BDMS Academic Annual Meeting will be held 

alongside the Congress on the same floor of main meeting area. The exhibition area is located on the Pinnacle Hall on the 4th floor. 

 

The floor plan will be designed to maximize exhibitors’ exposure to all delegates and all coffee breaks will be held inside the exhibition area 

 

Companies applying for exhibition booths will be offered the choice of exhibition space after related space allocated to sponsor priority.  All further spaces will be allocated based on the reservations received, base on a first-come, first-served basis. However, BDMS reserves the rights to allocate booths depending on logistical constraints.

 

Exhibition Booth Includes:

shell scheme stand design 

• 1 round table 

• 2 chairs, dustbin,

• Fascia board

• 2 spotlights 

• 1 Power socket of 220 V
